Hardware does what it needs to do. Emit health. But software-algorithms play their role of energy-efficient in the LCA too. Why has this technology only recently become ready and mature? Data-mining algorithms were very energy-consuming in the past. But now – after Ethereum’s Merge in 2022 – the blockchain mining became 99.5% more energy efficient. It was no longer necessary for a miner to be next to a Chinese water-powerplant. Blockchains are ready for the new world.

Carbon credit and blue bond models – holding CO2 in the chains and saving drinking water – are easily certified and can be traded on an exchange. Compare it to a raw materials exchange or stock exchange. Calibrate your process and earn money by capturing CO2 into materials and holding it long, longer, longest in the supply chains of biobased buildings or biobased fiber polymers in automotive.

Or earn money by retaining freshwater on land longer and conserving water. DRY transport is easier to implement sustainably than wet transport. Don’t transport unnecessary moisture or hot air. Surfing the LCAs actively needs Venturial and a certifiable model with a material passport.

 

 

In the past, these monetary revenue streams were reserved only for carbon farmers who built healthy topsoil with CO2 inside. They were also reserved for sustainable companies that create freshwater, retain water on land, and conserve water. How Does Venturial Work in Practice?

  1. Take a wet waste stream. Biobased or otherwise. It doesn’t matter. Normally difficult to reuse. Normally only incinerated or landfilled.
  2. Venturial technology dries everything, analyzes, creates a materials passport, and pulverizes. All in a single process. 20x more energy-efficient than other sonic boom technologies and therefore demonstrably 200% better than any other Lifecycle Analysis (LCA). Saving on transporting as dry as possible, saving on energy, no value-loss and more goodies.
  3. The Venturial client is a producer of the waste. Or a designer, an architect, a materials producer, a user. And they know exactly what the material’s composition is. They know it comes from a waste stream. However, they have NEW material in their hands. A better-than-new powder. Directly suitable for producing new products. Textile fibers? Dried coffee grounds? Pulverized roof tiles? Pulverized wood panels from construction? Manure that no longer stinks. Make something good out of it. Reuse it!   1. In the old circular economy, there were still gaps in the system, and manufacturers found all those waste streams complicated. Designers had to reuse the entire wall to retain the value in the system. Or a roof tile had to become a roof tile again. Now, any debris and any stream, even wet ones, can be turned into something beautiful and new. Dutch designers know how. Turn roof tiles into a new dress? Turn coffee grounds into odor-fighting sportswear?
  2. Washing machines use the same biomimicry-energy-efficient sonic waves to ensure that washing is done without water – Dutch Design technology from a Dutch engineering company in Schiedam. And therefore, no microplastics from synthetic fibers end up in Dutch rivers via the sewers. Clever. Smart. Healthy.
